It’s a Day of the Dead piece that I saw in my daughter’s kindergarten Spanish classroom when I was there helping the teacher with their Dia de los Muertos celebration. Did not have a chance to ask the teacher about it. Will have to ask next time I see her. Looks like the man was maybe holding a cue at one time.
